Point of Sale, CCTV and Communication terms:

An 80% (Eighty Percent) deposit is required on acceptance of quotation; no orders will be placed with our suppliers unless the deposit reflects in our banking account at least two days prior to installation date.
The final payment of 20% (Twenty Percent) is payable on completion of installation.
No bookings will be secured without deposits reflecting in our banking account.
The Security Way cc (TSW), will take no responsibility whatsoever on stability of systems where the client supplied hardware, network infrastructures, software and or where existing equipment is to be used.
All outstanding amounts have to be settled within 7 (seven) days of invoice, should you fail to comply with our company policy we will have no choice but to hand your account over.
Should the client not comply with the above The Security Way cc, retains the right to access the client’s premises and remove all hardware and software from the client’s premises.
Please note that The Security Way cc has a strict no refund policy.
All guarantees are our supplier guarantees, loan equipments are only available for service agreement clients, however non service agreement clients can rent “loan” equipment during this period.
Should loan equipment get damaged on the clients premises, the client will be invoiced at replacement costs of all damaged equipment. This is applicable to service and non service agreement clients.
Work done by TSW on clients premises are at the clients risk, TSW accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any damages or injuries that might occur while working onsite.
TSW will not hold the client responsible for any injuries or damage done to any equipment or staff member while working onsite.
